Bob’s optimistic, solution-based tutorials helped thousands of retailers weather the shutdowns and their aftermath. “We appreciate the acknowledgment and see the World Retail Forum mission of “learning together to recover stronger,” as a winning strategy. We started the #hope4Retail project to lift up the entire retail category at a time of fear and panic.
